Have an awsome idea {need suggestions}

Hi aan members.Hi i think there has been enough activity on this forum for ur to start our own forum which we can edit it rather than relying on the free forum . I know how to set up a forum exactly as mobile9 or better . Just need your opinion on this . I have opened a public poll on this is it ok ? there has been enough activity on this forum for us to start our own forum which we can edit it rather than relying on the free forum service providers. With our new forum we would be able to upload our own made themes, smilies,post icons the plugins that we like etc etc . Also the site will be ad free . I hate to see such big ads here which only benifits the original site .

Please vote also . And tell whether you want the forum exactly like m9 or better i.e:do you want invboard or mybb .btw this site is phpbb 1 which was released in 2004 which is very old so has lack of features .

I don't like invboard, It's better if we have a mybb forum.

Ok then guys . But remember i am having some exams right now . So it would take some 2 to 3 weeks . I am doing all this if you promise that you would bring as many people to our forum as possible

i think it will be really a nice idea... if u will show us (admins) some samples of what u r talking about we will be really greatful...

What samples justbe If you are talking about the theme and the graphics then it would be decided by a poll . If you want examples on how mybb looks just google "powered by mybb" .

Ok, I saw it... But if u r not active on there u can't see the benefits of ur suggestions & we have to rely on ur word, I like the idea of a site that would be better than M9

But I saw the 'powered by mybb' sign on the bottom of each member avatar, not so nice..
Maybe I didn't see the right example...
Have a question: this would involve all members to re-register in a new site? Or they could be transferred to the new site? (that not seems to be possible, but u r the pro in this area)

users can edit their avatar in MyBB you just saw the defautl avatar given for the myBB site
If this site allows the admin to mass email then we can mail members the new site's address

But right now i have to decide wether to go with hosting a myBB with a free hosting and building the site from scratch eg:any forum
OR
Build a site at mybbest.com eg:http://www.mobileforums.tk/
Or
First Make a blog with blogger/site then Make a Forum In it eg:mobile9.com or Gos

questions:
1. the 2nd option is for free also?
2. How long it will take u? I know u also have ur studying.. Of course we have to find u also some helpers... I may know some members that r capable....

I think that a site with a blog (like M9 & GOS) r a GREAT idea that would achieve more popularity to the site.
We need to do a meeting with yoyo to see how to make it happen...

I Have Set Up A Forum here
There are tons of Plugins on there so just check them all out
a great feature is users can select from 20 themes which they want to apply and view the site with
just register there and i will make you admin
and explore for yourself !
I HAVE ADDED SOME plugins
and also there is tab menu feature which will avoid all the clutter

well if you aren't a member you cannot see anything of the site there are tons
of plugins that only members can view
ya i think shad registered there

I really don't like Shoutboxes, it's not so personal, like one-on-one....
i will register, but i really need admin permissions to see how REALLY look like on there...

You can just post anything in that box and shout bro. Anyone that is online or will come later there will either reply or see it . If you get a error than just tell coz i am currently coding it and it is in beta stage . Btw guys that site is just a test its not our real forum .
